At Fast Dental Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a review of your request.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for return shipment.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations
